The Dade Commonwealth
Building is a prime example of scope of our services at 40Year.com. This building
located in the heart of downtown Miami is currently under renovation by Titan
Development Partners, LLC one of our sister companies.
In 2002, the Building's owner, Mr. Julius Marcus contacted us about performing
a 40-year recertification on this historic 7 story, 1926 steel framed structure.
The building was recertified and, later, we joined Mr. Marcus in this project.
Remodeling began in April of 2003 and is expected to be complete in early 2004.
We are quite proud of our work on the renovation of this historic structure
and invite you to visit and see for yourself the interest and care we take in
preserving older buildings. We can do the same with your building.
