40Year.com, Inc. was conceived and registered in 2001 by Donald W Shackelford, P.E. and John P Smiljanic, Engineer and MBA, in response to the growing need for professional, competent, and reliable 40 Year building recertifications in Miami-Dade County.
Since 1992, Mr. Shackelford has been performing these required inspections through his Structural Engineering Company which is on the City of Miami's list of recommended Engineers.
